Strengthen wellbeing foundations with more interactive support and team-focused tools.
– 2x 90-minute virtual workshops per year (e.g., building resilience, managing stress)
– Digital Self-care planner bundle for each team member
– Access to recorded mini training videos
– Monthly newsletter + private support group access
– Signposting toolkit for leaders (how to spot the signs, what to do)

Partner Package
For organisations up to 15 employees who want a culture of wellbeing
– 4x virtual or in-person workshops every quarter (customisable topics)
– Wellbeing Strategy session
– Quarterly 1:1 or team wellbeing coaching

– Mental Health Champion training for one team member
